Investors benefit from our knowledge, skills, policies, and procedures, which are designed to identify and manage risks associated with investing in mortgage assets. We scrutinise each real estate debt project on their merits - from the project itself to the borrower behind the project.
We undergo a thorough assessment of legal and commercial risks of all underlying loans. Our focus is looking at all the potential impacts of an underlying loan on the fund portfolio returns plus the potential impact of an underlying loan on the risk exposure of the fund.
We undertake stringent legal and commercial due diligence on transactions. Our process ensures that we recommend and monitor the investments in all underlying loan transactions, either directly or through SPV lenders or third-party lenders.

Deals pre-funded by AltX before being offered
All deals offered on the digital platform are pre-funded by the AltX Group and not dependent on the commitment from investors.

Offer on platform to investors
Once the loan has been pre-funded, we invite investors to invest in the deal using our market leading platform. Investors are then able to access the deal, with a minimum investment of $50,000.
